A land of second chances at a decent living, an opportunity to be of benefit to yourself and to your society. Often 'happiness' and 'economic success' will come with loyalty, hard work, and a correct mindset. 

With the right opportunities, people achieve success and happiness during their lifetime. They do this through 'education' and 'teamwork'. However, due to many reasons which may include, 'educational levels', 'lack of wealth and funding', or "an incorrect response to the challenges of a hard life', and, 'lack of good advice and team backup' will result in very few successes and no advantage to society.​

Through EDUCATION and HARD WORK we aim to change the individuals outlook on life, their usefulness to society and thus achieve a well rounded, happy, and a valued person within society.

​What do we do?

Our mission is to educate Khmer people to be an effective part of a working community of brothers and sisters, thus improving the living standards of ordinary and impoverished Cambodians.

 

We see a need to give Cambodians from all walks of life (including prisoners and the destitute) a second opportunity at becoming a hard working and useful part of the society.

Who do we serve?

Being both Buddhist and Christian based we serve the people of Cambodia, the faith of the people and the government of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

How do we achieve this "second chance" for Khmer people and for those seeking a living in Cambodia?

• An Australian and International standard of education for all involved.

• Life skills, including Khmer based, modern, and Australian farming practices.

• Good quality food, medical and healthcare.

• Forming trust and strong relationships with all levels of government, industry and commerce.

• Assisting local communities with Emergency Services, such as fire control and other duties.

• A thorough grounding in the Buddhist and Christian traditions, a full understanding and involvement in the practice of and adherence to the religious faith. Fully compliant with the Laws of and Philosophy of Cambodian life.

• ​Running successful farms, successful schools, successful businesses and a restaurant and hotel.

• The use of drugs is strictly condemned.

• The use of alcohol, cigarettes, vapes or other paraphernalia is strictly controlled depending upon factors such as 'trust', 'time in the program' and situational factors such as births, deaths and marriages, and other Cambodian celebrations. Phone usage is strictly controlled using similar priorities.
