'PEACE' PEOPLES EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR CUMULATIVE EQUALITY (Cambodia) is a Non-Government Organisation. (NGO) aiming to educate and restore equality to marginalised Cambodian people, who cannot for various reasons, such as poverty, be educated to an acceptable international standard.

Our Vision
A land of second chances at a decent living, an opportunity to be of benefit to yourself and to your society. Often 'happiness' and 'economic success' will come with loyalty to the nation, hard work, and a correct mindset.
With the right opportunities, people achieve success and happiness during their lifetime. They do this through 'education' and 'teamwork'. However, due to many reasons which may include, 'educational levels', 'poverty and lack of wealth and funding', or 'an incorrect response to the challenges of a hard life', and, 'lack of good advice and team (family) backup' will result in very few successes and no advantage to society.
Through EDUCATION and HARD WORK we aim to change the individuals outlook on life, their usefulness to society and thus achieve a well rounded, happy, and a valued person within society.

What do we do?
Our mission is to educate Khmer people to be an effective part of a working community of brothers and sisters, thus improving the living standards of ordinary and impoverished Cambodians.
We see a need to give Cambodians from all walks of life (including prisoners and the destitute) a second opportunity at becoming a hard working and useful part of the society.
Who do we serve?
Being both Buddhist and Christian based we serve the people of Cambodia, the faith of the people and the government of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The use of alcohol, cigarettes, vapes or other paraphernalia is strictly controlled depending upon factors such as 'trust', 'time in the program' and situational factors such as births, deaths and marriages, and other Cambodian ceremonies and celebrations.
